What projects are you currently working on?

Just got back from touring South and Central America and Australia with Miley Cyrus on her Gypsy Heart Tour 2011.

Mixing albums by Hoobastank, Dave Barnes, and a few songs with Vanessa Amorosi and Stacy Jones.

What Console do you use?

For live, an Avid Profile with 4 DSP cards. For the studio, I have a Pro Tools HD3 with a 32 channel Pro Control.

What are your favorite Waves plugins?

My faves are the SSLs on all drums; API EQs on guitars; MV2 on kick and snare; CLA-76 on snare and overheads; CLA-3A on vocals; and C4 and C6 Multiband Compressors on vocals and BGVs.

What are some advantages of using Waves plugins?

The character and color.

Are you recording or virtual sound-checking the shows?

Yes.

What do you see as your main goal for the audience?

Making sure every person is having a very exciting experience.
